Alexander Fitness center is open from 06:00 to 23:00 for hotels guests only. The entrance is free.

Alexander Fitness center Workout Schedule
Monday, 10 am                           5km run
Wednesday, 7pm-8pm                  boot camp
Thursday, 6:00 pm- 6:30pm          core fitness

Workout description:

5 km run-an easy paced jog along the boardwalk for a total of 5 kilometers.
Boot camp -a full body workout at high intensity, using only the weight of your body.
Core complex- 15 minutes of abdominal and core strengthening and toning. Best attended before or after cardio training.
